Acceptable use policy
maildigi is for everyday business correspondence. To keep it reliable for everyone, these rules apply to every address.
Allowed
- Receiving email sent to a business address on a domain you are entitled to use.
- Replying to the people who wrote to you.
Not allowed
- Sending unsolicited, bulk or marketing email.
- Phishing, fraud, or pretending to be another person or organisation.
- Sending malware or links to harmful content.
- Content that is illegal or infringes the rights of others.
- Getting around limits or security checks, or using addresses on domains you are not entitled to use.
What happens if the rules are broken
We may limit, suspend or close an address that breaks these rules, and where the law requires it, inform the authorities.
